Philip Moore
Co-Founder and CEO
Philip has spent over 20 years in commercial real estate credit with leading global institutions, most recently as Partner and Head of European Real Estate Credit at Ares Management, where he sat on the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Over that time, he has originated and executed over $12.5bn of CRE loans across Europe and the US.
At Prysm, he leads go-to-market, investor relations, and product requirements - bridging the gap between what credit teams need and what technology can deliver.

Tim Jones
Co-Founder and CTO
Tim has spent over 20 years at the intersection of technology and finance, including as a Partner at Deloitte, where he led complex quantitative modelling and analytics work across the infrastructure and real assets sectors. A lifelong technologist, he has spent the past three years working in applied AI — designing agentic systems, building AI-powered financial analysis tools, and developing automated workflows for structured decision-making.
At Prysm, he leads technical vision and product development. He combines the analytical background of a senior finance practitioner with hands-on fluency in modern AI engineering.
